Case 14
Festival merch in 12 working days.
How a festival organiser got line-up merch printed and delivered after the final artist announcement — placeholder case study.
The challenge
The line-up (and so the back print) was only confirmed three weeks before the gates opened. Previous merch arrived late, sizes ran out on day one, and unsold stock in the wrong sizes was left over.
Our solution
We pre-produced blank tees in the festival colours while the artwork was pending, used a size curve based on the previous year’s sales, printed on automatic presses in two shifts once the artwork was locked, and delivered straight to the site warehouse.
- Blanks pre-produced before artwork lock
- Size curve from last year’s sales
- Two-shift automatic screen printing
- Direct delivery to the site warehouse (placeholder)
