How a workwear distributor added a durable hi-vis range with documentation for its site-safety customers — placeholder case study.
The challenge
Customers were returning vests whose reflective tape cracked or peeled after industrial laundering. The distributor needed a range that held up to repeated washes and a file of test reports its buyers could check before tendering.
Our solution
We switched to a sewn-and-bonded reflective tape, reinforced stress points with bar-tacks, and sent pre-production samples to a third-party lab for colour and retro-reflection checks after repeated industrial washes. Each style shipped with a test-report pack and care labels in German and English.
