The challenge

Staff worked outdoors in 40 °C+ heat. The old cotton polos faded quickly in the sun, shrank after washing, and the company logo looked different from batch to batch.

Our solution

We developed a moisture-wicking poly-cotton piqué with UV-resistant dyeing, locked the logo with a single digitised embroidery file and thread chart, and packed cartons by department and size so site managers could hand out uniforms without re-sorting.
