The challenge

The brand wanted to move its core line to recycled fabrics, but mills quoted high minimums for custom colors, and the team needed documentation to back up recycled-content claims for its retail partners.

Our solution

We proposed one base fabric shared across three styles so fabric volume could be pooled, used stock recycled colors for the launch, and collected supplier certificates for each fabric lot. Fit was approved on a two-round sample plan.
