Sublimated kits for 26 teams, one club.

The challenge

Each team ordered its own kit from different suppliers, so shades of the club colour didn’t match and sponsors’ logos appeared in different sizes. Volunteers also spent evenings sorting names and numbers.

Our solution

We created one master design with sponsor placement rules, colour-matched the sublimation profile to the club crest, collected names and numbers through a shared spreadsheet, and packed each team’s kit in its own labelled bag.
