Case 10
Hot-climate polos, 8,500 staff kitted.
How a field-services company replaced heavy cotton polos with a breathable, colour-fast uniform for hot sites — placeholder case study.
The challenge
Staff worked outdoors in 40 °C+ heat. The old cotton polos faded quickly in the sun, shrank after washing, and the company logo looked different from batch to batch.
Our solution
We developed a moisture-wicking poly-cotton piqué with UV-resistant dyeing, locked the logo with a single digitised embroidery file and thread chart, and packed cartons by department and size so site managers could hand out uniforms without re-sorting.
- Moisture-wicking poly-cotton piqué
- Light-fastness tested before bulk (placeholder)
- One embroidery file + thread chart
- Cartons packed per department and size
