How a small Nordic label moved its baby and kids basics to certified organic cotton with child-safe trims — placeholder case study.
The challenge
Parents expected organic fabric, gentle prints and trims that pass child-safety rules. The label was ordering small quantities across many sizes (newborn to 8 years), which made mills and printers reluctant to quote.
Our solution
We pooled one organic interlock and one rib across the whole range, used water-based prints, replaced metal snaps with tested nickel-free snaps, and added pull-tests for snaps and a no-drawcord rule for small sizes. Certificates were collected per fabric lot.
