Case 16
From sketch to 300 pieces, under budget.
How a first-time founder launched a private-label brand with a small, cash-friendly first run — placeholder case study.
The challenge
The founder had sketches, a fixed budget and no production experience. Most factories quoted 500+ pieces per style, and the founder wasn’t sure what a tech pack, lab dip or size set even was.
Our solution
We walked the founder through each step with a simple checklist, turned the sketches into two tech packs, used stock-colour fabrics to keep minimums low, and added private-label neck prints, hang tags and poly bags so the goods arrived ready to sell.
- Plain-language production checklist
- 2 tech packs from sketches
- Stock-colour fabrics to keep MOQ low
- Private-label trims, ready to sell
