The challenge

Sales peaked sharply at orientation and graduation, and bestsellers sold out right when demand was highest. Every design also needed sign-off against the university’s brand guidelines, which slowed things down.

Our solution

We split the range into a core (never out of stock) and seasonal drops, held blank stock for the core, and built a brand-guideline checklist into artwork approval. Replenishment was triggered by the store’s weekly sales report.

  • Core range + seasonal drops
  • Blank stock held for core styles
  • Brand-guideline checklist in artwork approval
  • Weekly sales-report replenishment
