The challenge

Each property had been buying uniforms locally, so colors and fits varied. The group wanted one consistent look, sizes collected from staff at every site, and deliveries packed per location.

Our solution

We built a size-collection template for each site, developed a core range in two fabric weights for front- and back-of-house roles, locked brand colors with lab dips, and labelled cartons per site and per staff member.
