How a clinic network replaced stiff, boxy scrubs with a stretch uniform that survives hot hospital laundering — placeholder case study.
The challenge
Staff found the old scrubs uncomfortable during long shifts, and colours faded unevenly because the laundry partner washed at high temperatures. Role colours (nurses, doctors, support staff) also varied between deliveries.
Our solution
We developed a four-way-stretch poly-viscose twill with reactive dyes chosen for hot-wash fastness, tested samples through repeated 75 °C wash cycles, fixed role colours with approved standards, and added a unisex and a fitted cut in an extended size range.
